A premium 100% cotton heavyweight black t-shirt that goes up to 4XL and customised with your costuming character artwork.

Your design for these shirts will be printed in full colour and cut to shape (or circular – see options below) on flexible white garment vinyl and heat bonded to the garment on the front chest area, approx where our logo is in the sample images.

Your image will be scaled to a max 160mm wide (see image for guide) so please ensure your artwork will go to this size within degrading.

Available in sizes SML – 4XL (to fit 35 – 55″ chest).

CUT TO SHAPE WITH WHITE BACKGROUNDS – we will plot a cut line around the shape / edge of your design with an approx 3mm border.

CUT TO SHAPE WITH BACKGROUND COLOUR – for artwork that has a solid colour background (no fades or photos image backgrounds) we will plot a cut line around the shape / edge of your design with an approx 3mm border and bleed the colour so there is no white trim.

CIRCULAR – your image will be placed centrally within a circular cut line around your design with an approx 5mm border from the closest edge.

BOXED – your image will be placed within a square or rectangular box shape around your design with an approx 5mm border from the closest edge.

This information is not printed on the item, it is just for order processing and management so that we can cross reference your artwork by order number AND character reference or name, especially if you are ordering more than one design.

A premium 200gsm 100% cotton ‘unisex classic fit’ t-shirt with a one piece cotton/Lycra neck and double needle stitching detail for improved shape retention.*

Sizing:
Please ensure you check the sizing information below (as provided by the garment manufacturer) as sizes can vary across brands and garment types, and ladies please be aware of your shape when factoring in the chest size as these are ‘unisex’ garments, not ‘lady fit’ or a tailored shape fit.

Washing Instructions:
30 degree wash (cool wash preferred). Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron medium/ 2 dot temperature (do not iron over any vinyl detail on the shirt). Do not dry clean .

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced The Distance Selling Regulations Act in the UK) we cannot accept any returns for refund, exchange or credit against any personalised garments once they have been made. Sent the wrong artwork or “It doesn’t fit me”..  sorry we still can’t refund or exchange anything, so please please please double check your details and the sizing chart above before ordering. If in doubt or you have any questions please contact us first.
